Alia Blackburn is an American journalist working as a reporter/multimedia journalist for WTTV CBS4 News. Alia moved on from Ball State University in 2013 with two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Telecommunications and Journalism.
She’s excited to be back home in Indianapolis with her significant other, Aaron, and their canine, Melo. In her extra time, she appreciates cooking, A LOT of espressos, and watching her Baltimore Ravens!

Blackburn joined the CBS4 group in April 2021 as a columnist/multi-media writer. Alia comes from WTHI-TV, the CBS and FOX associate in Terre Haute, Indiana.
For a very long time, she worked in different jobs including maker, journalist, end-of-the-week anchor, and most as of late, work day morning co-anchor.
During her time in Terre Haute, Alia chipped away at stories that acquired neighborhood and public interest. She likewise filled in as a media observer to two government executions at the jail complex housed in Terre Haute.

While Alia’s work experience comes from the Wabash Valley, she’s a local of Indianapolis. She moved on from Ben Davis High School in 2009, where she found her actual enthusiasm for TV in the school’s BDTV program.
