Audrey Kuchen

Audrey Kuchen joined the FOX61 team in 2010. She has you covered Monday through Friday, anchoring the FOX61 News at 5, 10 and 11 p.m. alongside Lorenzo Hall and Brent Hardin.

Audrey comes to FOX61 from Southern Oregon, where she was the main anchor for KMVU-TV Fox 26 and KOBI NBC-5. While there, she worked as the spokesperson for “Smart Choices Healthy Lives,” a campaign to fight childhood obesity and promote nutrition and physical fitness in schools.

She also served on several panels during televised U.S. Senate and state gubernatorial debates. Audrey was voted the “Best Local TV Personality” by Southern Oregon Magazine’s Reader’s Choice Awards, as well as a “Favorite Television Personality” by the MailTribune.

At the state Senate in Phoenix, Audrey worked as a political journalist, reporting on groundbreaking anti-bullying laws in schools, controversial illegal immigration legislation and unique right to bar arms issues in the Grand Canyon State.

In the City by the Bay, Audrey worked as a reporter for the HomeTown NewsNetwork, covering everything from San Francisco nightlife, to art, sports and local government.

Audrey earned her degree in media arts and journalism from the University of Arizona. She is a member of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority.

A Connecticut native, Audrey was raised in Madison and graduated from Daniel Hand High School. She lives on the Connecticut shoreline with her husband Andy and her two young children.
