Charles Melton and Vanessa Hudgens Have Been Cast in “Bad Boys 4 Life”

The coming months will be filled with lots of on-screen appearances from actor Charles Melton. After announcing that he would star opposite Yara Shahidi in an upcoming film, the Riverdale star has also been confirmed for a role in the newest Bad Boys sequel.
The series of “Bad Boys” films — starring Martin Lawrence and Will Smith — added both Charles and Vanessa Hudgens to its list of stars, Variety reported. The movie — titled Bad Boys 4 Life — is expected to hit theaters in early 2020.
For the role, Charles will have to ditch his traditionally rebellious Riverdale ways and instead do some good. According to Variety, Charles, along with Vanessa and actor Alexander Ludwig, have been cast to play the roles of police who team up with Will and Martin to save the day. As Riverdale fans know, Charles is normally a source of some trouble in the CW series, and his character has even been at the center of some Jingle-Jangle drama in previous seasons.
Charles celebrated the news of his casting with a post to his Instagram Story. Camila Mendes also shared well wishes for her boyfriend, posting an image of the article with a cute emoji to her Instagram Story, too. The two Riverdale stars have been dating since early October.
In addition to this newest role, Vanessa has also earned recent praise for her role in Netflix’s The Princess Switch. According to Variety, the star will also have a busy future in film, with starring roles in the comedy “Second Act,” the upcoming Netflix film “Polar,” and a televised, live version of Rent.

Camila took to Instagram stories to share a loved up photo of her and her Riverdale co-star Charles Melton. The pair have been dating for a while and Camila even defended her relationship when someone criticised it not too long ago.
Camila captioned the photo of her and Charles with one word: “thankful”. They also appear to be out for a stroll in Miami, Florida in another adorable post.
Meanwhile, Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart also spent the holiday together. Lili shared bits of their time off via Instagram stories and there was a dog involved so you know they had a good time.
