Newcastle drag queen Choriza says dominating RuPaul’s Drag Race UK “would mean unquestionably the world”.
The 30-year-old will include in the third series of the BBC’s RuPaul’s Drag Race, UK, which is set to air in September.
During the challenge, 12 of the country’s most capable queens contend to be delegated the UK’s race genius.
Every week, the entertainers face satire, singing, and moving difficulties and they fight to stay away from the end from the opposition.
Choriza, who lives in Newcastle yet is initially from Valencia, Spain, won Newcastle’s Drag Idol in 2019.
Presenting herself, she told the BBC: “Hola, I’m Choriza May. I’m Spanish living in Newcastle, thus I am Newcastle’s spiciest, meatiest and silliest wiener.

“There are a great many European outsiders in the UK, and I’m so glad to address them as drag queen of the settlers.
“Aside from the climate, Valencia and Newcastle share a great deal for all intents and purpose. In Spain individuals are tanned and in Newcastle everybody is tanned as well! Alright, it’s phony, however, it sort of feels something very similar.
“I’m enthusiastic and exceptional, and I carry a bit of natural air to the opposition.”
She says her maxim is: “I’d prefer to be dead than fundamental.”
She added: “I can sew, I can sing. I can’t move that much yet I’ll do my absolute best.
“What I’m for the most part frightened of is somebody from movement watching the show and sending me back to my country.
