Stinger was let go in 2008 from her Fox 2 anchor job after 11 years with the station. She was in a relationship with Rayford Jackson, who was sentenced to five years in prison for bribing former Detroit Councilwoman Monica Conyers for her vote on a Synagro sludge-hauling contract.
