Jake became the Siouxland News at Sunrise anchor in January 2013, after working in nearly all aspects of the newsroom since 2009.
Originally from Irwin, IA, Jake attended Iowa State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communication in May 2009.
Jake knew from an early age: he wanted to be on TV! He was very active in speech and drama in high school and was a part-time announcer at KDSN radio in Denison, IA, for 5 years.
In his free time Jake enjoys spending time with his wife Anna.
