Joseph Prince is An American evangelist and senior pastor of New Creation Church based in Singapore. He was one of the church’s founders in 1983. He is an author, renowned teacher of the bible, televangelist and a leading voice in proclaiming the gospel of grace around the world.

Joseph is the senior pastor of New Creation Church or abbreviated as NCC. This is a Christian megachurch in Singapore founded in 1984. Currently the church has an average Sunday attendance of 33,000. The church holds services at The Star Performing Arts Centre. It is a non-denominational Christian church, and a member of the National Council of Churches of Singapore. It is not affiliated to any church overseas.
Prince has preached in churches in Australia, Canada, Great Britain, Italy, Indonesia, the Netherlands, Norway, South Africa and the United States. Prince’s TV program Destined to Reign is broadcast in over 150 countries. His broadcasting program is also broadcast online via the Internet and podcasts. Prince makes books, CDs and DVDs available. The Straits Times reported on 30 March 2009 that in its last financial year, the church had paid one employee between $500,001 and $550,000. Then all charities and non-profit organizations in Singapore were encouraged to disclose the salary bands of their top executives to the commissioner of charities under the recommendations of the Code of Governance for charities. While not confirming the employee’s identity, the church responded that its policy was to “recognize and reward key contributors to the church, and Senior Pastor Prince is the main pillar of the growth and income of our church.”
On 15 April 2009, the Honorary Secretary of the Church, Matthew Kang, replied that it was not a public charity and did not solicit public gifts, claiming that “there is absolutely no compulsion to give, whether in offerings or offerings, and any gift is made out of a willing heart” and that “every giver is appreciated and it is taken in good faith that he believes in elected leadership.
A list published by the richestlifestyle.com entertainment website placed Prince as the 10th richest pastor in the world in October 2014, with a net reported value of S$6.4 million (£ 3.13 million). The report was denied by New Creation Church, claiming that its actual net worth was “substantially lower” than the figure reported and that it considered “the net worth of Mr. Prince as personal in nature.”
