Kathy Orr is a talented American Meteorologist/Weather Anchor presently working at FOX 29. She joined the group in September 2015, as a climate anchor for the FOX 29 News evening reports.

She joined in and moved on from the State University of New York at Oswego where she acquired her B.S. in Meteorology and a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism and Marketing from Syracuse University. She holds the NWA, AMS, and CBM Certifications in Meteorology.
