Douglas joined the WESH 2 Sports group in May 2020. Kendra comes to WESH 2 from NBC offshoot, KSN-TV in Wichita, Kansas where she has filled in as a games anchor and columnist throughout the previous 2 years.

In Wichita, Kendra covered the Kansas City Chiefs Superbowl Run and the rousing story of a Wichita State track competitor’s re-visitation of rivalry after nearly losing his life in a house fire.
