Marley started her career as a stage and theater actress. In 2002, she won Miss New York Teen. She played various shows in Equity theaters as well as commercials, and TV for companies including Jergens, Huggies, Energizer, Food Network, PCC Wireless/T-Mobile, Diageo Brands, PUR, Oneida Silver, Welch Allyn Medical and Rockstar Games. Kayden also works as a tutor for grade 4 to 12, Standardized Test Preparation and New York State Regents Preparation.

She provides daily coverage of most active stock options shot live from the trading floor at CBOE.She has also been working as a Weekend Traffic Anchor at WMAQ-TV for Radiate Media since November 2013. Moreover, she was the co-host of “Chi-Town Rising” New Year’s Eve Broadcast at WMAQ-TV.
She also produced and directed a documentary The 100th Day: Unknown Territory which won the Award for Excellence in the Long Form category at the NATAS Chicago/Midwest Emmy Awards.
