Mike O’Hearn born Michael O’Hearn  is an American bodybuilder, actor, personal trainer and model hailing from California . Due to his physique, the bodybuilder has been the Fitness Model of the Year seven times. Additionally, he has been featured on over 500 magazine covers and publications. Mike has made strides in the film industry appearing as the gladiator “Titan” on the 2008 revival of American Gladiator, being the only individual to be a Gladiator on both the original (1989–96) (as Thor) and the 2008 series.

He is the founder of Power Bodybuilding, a training program that focuses on developing both strength and hypertrophy, along with aesthetics.

Micheal’s father was a football player and a bodybuilder by profession while the mother was a talented artist. He has three older brothers, four older sisters, and one younger sister, making him the eighth child of the nine children born by his parents.

O’Hearn grew up in Kirkland, Washington. He began competing in bodybuilding at the age of 14, going ahead to win the Teenage Washington State competition.  His elder brothers were all into bodybuilding as well as powerlifting and being the youngest boy in the clan, he was being bullied by them. He subsequently started working out and striving for fitness which later turned into a career pursuit for him.

Mike was also featured on the American Gladiators-like show Battle Dome from 1999 to 2001 where he played as Michael O’Dell. Michael made a guest appearance on the NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives, playing a bartender On March 14, 2008. On July 8, 2008, the actor made a guest appearance on NBC’s Celebrity Family Feud as Titan with fellow Gladiators Wolf, Venom, and Jet. On February 4, 2009 Michael made a guest appearance on NBC’s Knight Rider, episode 14 as a cage fighter.

In 2011,Mike appeared in a season 7 episode of the show It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia titled “How Mac got fat” as Mac’s Avatar.
