Paolantonio’s new role follows Kathy Mykleby’s decision to reduce her anchoring duties to WISN 12 News at 6 p.m., and take on reporting assignments that focus on local newsmakers and big issues that impact the community. “Patrick and Joyce are exceptional and passionate journalists,” says Jan Wade, president, and general manager of WISN 12. “They will make a great team at 10,” adds Wade. “They’ve lived and worked in southeastern Wisconsin for years, and they care about what happens here.”
Since joining the WISN 12 News team in 2002, Paolantonio has held multiple positions, including morning anchor on WISN 12 News This Morning for 10 years, co-anchor on WISN 12 News at 5:00 p.m., and anchor/reporter on WISN 12 News at 6:00 p.m. and WISN 12 News at 10:00 p.m.
