Phil Ruffin (Full name- Phillip Gene Ruffin) is an American businessman who was born on March 14, 1935, Potter County, Texas, USA. He owns the Treasure Island Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, in addition to a number of other enterprises including hotels, casinos, greyhound racing tracks, convenience stores, oil production, real estate, and the world’s largest manufacturer of hand trucks.

Ruffin is also a business partner of Donald Trump, with whom he co-owns the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas. Ruffin now lives in Las Vegas, Nevada after residing for many years in Wichita, Kansas.
