Shay Simon joined WACH FOX News in February 2019 as a Multimedia Journalist.
She is a Florida girl, in a Carolina world! She received her broadcast journalism degree from Florida A&M University and is a proud RATTLER.
While at FAMU, she interned at CBS This Morning in New York City. Prior to heading off to the Big Apple, Shay won an AP Award for her work as the anchor for FAMU’s News 20, the university’s live, student-produced newscast.
In between those roles Shay interned in Honolulu. She also interned at WESH 2 News in her hometown, Orlando and WCTV in Tallahassee, Fl.
