Steve Bender is an American journalist working as a meteorologist for KRNV CBS 4 News. He grew up on the east coast in Wellington, Florida.

He is currently at Mississippi State University for his B.S. in broadcast meteorology. In 2013, he graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in sports medicine/athletic training. He enjoys playing sports, eating new foods, working out, hiking, and working out.
