Sue Serio is an American journalist. She went on to work for WIVB-TV, a CBS affiliate in New York, US as a News Anchor for 3 years. She served as co-anchor of the network’s top-rated morning show Wake Up. In 1976, she joined the Towson University in Baltimore County, Maryland. There, she completed her graduation in 4 years i.e Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Media Studies. She was also active in various campus activities, including Student-run radio station WCVT.

After her graduation, she worked in different organizations until 1990, when she decided to pursue certification in Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University. She studied at the University till 1995.
