Tobin recently celebrated his 23rd year at KFDX. He became sports director in January 2007. Prior to that, he spent 10 years anchoring weekend sportscasts on KFDX, including the popular weekly sports show Sports Sunday.

Tobin landed his first job in television at KFDX on July 4, 1995, as an overnight producer and within a year became the morning news anchor before eventually landing in his preferred position in the sports department.

Among Tobin’s, most memorable assignments are covering the World Series, the NBA Finals, the Super Bowl, Spring Training and traveling with Midwestern State to national tournaments.
