Tracie Nicole Thoms is an American actress, stage actress, and singer best known as Tracie Thoms. She was born on August 19th, 1975 in Baltimore, Maryland, USA.
She is the daughter of Mariana and Donald H. Thoms. She isn’t the only child for she has a younger brother, Austin. At age 10, she was already studying acting and she later joined Baltimore School for Fine Arts. She graduated from Howard University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She then went to Juilliard’s School’s Drama Division as a member of Group 30 from 1997-2001.
