Ari Odzer joined NBCMiami in January of 1990 as a general task journalist. Conceived in Izmir, Turkey, Ari has called South Florida home since he was a small fellow.

The Deerfield Beach High School graduate got his Bachelor of Science in communicating news with a minor in political theory from the University of Florida.

He started his vocation in Gainesville in radio, filling in as a correspondent and anchor at WUFT-FM. While in Gainesville, Ari likewise filled in as a correspondent and anchor at the CBS subsidiary WRUF-AM and made the hybrid into TV by functioning as a columnist, stay and picture taker at the PBS member WUFT-TV.

Ari came back to South Florida in 1987 as a stay and columnist at the CBS subsidiary WPEC-TV in West Palm Beach.
