Brad Travis is an American journalist working as the chief meteorologist for WAFF48 News. Brad experienced childhood with the Great Plains of south-focal Kansas along the Chisholm Trail in Tornado Alley.

Brad moved on from the University of Kansas with a B.S. in Atmospheric Science in May of 1995. In 2005, Brad was granted the Certified Broadcast Meteorologist Seal of Approval from the American Meteorological Society.

Brad lives in Monrovia with his better half Brenda and their two young men, Ross and Drake. Brad likewise has two canines, Sami and Cassidy.
