Chris has forever been around sports, whether it be playing one or going to a game. As a young person, he would frequently take the family camcorder, turn it on, record, and give an in-depth editorial of everything occurring before him.
Which would make his family insane! Quick forward to now, and he is gladly ready to earn enough to pay the bills doing likewise in the games business for north of 10 years.
Chris came to News13 in May of 2017 from Fort Myers, FL where he burned through 3 years as their end-of-the-week sports anchor and columnist on WZVN ABC-7.
In Southwest Florida, he got to cover Spring Training Baseball with the Red Sox, Rays, and Twins, proficient golf competitions, and Florida Gulf Coast University, otherwise known as “Dunk City.”
Before his transition to the daylight state, he burned through 6 years in Lima, OH at WTLW-44 and WOSN-TV as a games anchor/columnist/reporter for their all-day, everyday sports organization.
Chris covered almost 60 secondary schools, delivered a large number of shows and specials, and helped with their occasional hour-a-half secondary school football show.
