Lauren Talotta joined the WCHS-TV news team in April 2018 and is excited to continue her broadcasting career in Wild and Wonderful West Virginia.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, her love for television news started at an early age. As a child, Lauren would often sneak downstairs to watch the 11 p.m. news, way past her bedtime.

Before joining the team at WCHS, Lauren spent six years as a morning anchor and reporter at WBOY-TV in Clarksburg. She is a proud alumna of the University of Pittsburgh (Hail to Pitt!) and interned at KDKA-TV and EuroNews London.

In her free time, Lauren loves to travel, try out any new restaurant in the Charleston/Huntington area, and explore the rest of the Mountain State. She is also a HUGE fan of Pittsburgh sports (there are nothing like Steeler Sundays and Penguins hockey).
