Matt Paddock is an American journalist working as a reporter for WPRI 12 News. He experienced childhood in upstate New York and accepted his Bachelor of Arts degree in communicating and mass correspondence from the State University of New York in Oswego (SUNY Oswego).

From Syracuse, Matt headed out down I-81 to FOX offshoot WICZ-TV in Binghamton, New York, as an MMJ/weekend anchor.
Following a year in Binghamton, Matt would burn through two additional years in the Southern Tier in Elmira, New York, where he joined NBC partner WETM-TV as a morning anchor/maker and correspondent.
