Brad Pautsch is an American journalist working as a sports director for KTIV4 News. Brad experienced childhood with a ranch close to Early, Iowa, and is one of the numerous local Siouxlanders who work at “Siouxland’s News Channel”.

Brad moved on from Crestland High School in Early, Iowa, in 1984. While going to Iowa State University, he got his initial inception into the telecom field, filling in as a news and sports columnist at KASI radio.

Brad’s significant other Sally is an Art Teacher in Sioux City, and they are the guardians of a child, Joseph, and a little girl, Mary, who had a sibling, Reggie, in 2007. In his extra time, Brad likes to play baseball and ball.

Pautsch was named Sports Director in 1996 after filling in as an end-of-the-week sports anchor at KTIV since May of 1990.

Brad has won a few honors at KTIV, including “Best Sportscast” in 2004, 2012, and 2013 from the Iowa Broadcast News Association and first spot for “Sports Reporting” in 2007 from the IBNA for his series in the Crestland Cadets football crew. He won the best game “Detailed breakdown” from the IBNA in 2004, 2009, and 2010.
