Ron Demers is an American journalist working as a meteorologist for KTIV4 News. Ron did his meteorology preparation through Mississippi State University and was granted the sought-after Seal of Approval from the American Meteorological Society in 1998.

Both Ron and his better half are Siouxland locals. Ron was brought up in Storm Lake, IA, while Katie is from Sioux City. She is a perusing expert in Sioux City and furthermore moved on from Briar Cliff.

Demers (articulated da-MARS) was experiencing childhood in Storm Lake, Iowa, he could never have imagined he’d truly do climate for the station he grew up watching.

Ron’s consideration didn’t go to climate until after he began working at KTIV. Ron’s advantage in communicating started in news. His most memorable occupation was a part-time summer position at KAYL Radio in Storm Lake securing sports and climate, which in the long run prompted doing the news.

While in school, Ron was the news manager of the grounds paper, worked at KWIT radio, and began a temporary job at KTIV all around the same time. KTIV’s temporary position transformed into a seasonal occupation as a proofreader and columnist, which prompted his full-time journalist work upon graduation.

Presently, Ron began doing the end-of-the-week climate. His advantage in the weather conditions developed and he took the morning weather conditions position at KTIV.

Obviously, presently Ron is Chief Meteorologist and Weather Anchor of Channel 4 News at 5, 6, and 10 pm. He moved on from Briar Cliff College in 1992 with a significance in mass correspondence.
