Joe Winters is an American journalist working as a meteorologist for KCRG-TV9 News. Joe grew up in the small town of Princeton, Wisconsin, graduating from Princeton High School. He then attended the University of Wisconsin at Madison and receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in 1987.
Joe, and his wife, Terrie, met during his school a long time in Madison when the two of them wound up on a similar blended bowling association group. They have been hitched for quite some time and have two kids. The two youngsters have been engaged with the show ensemble.
